Anxiety is an enhanced state in which one is extremely sensitive to detecting potential threats. () is one type of anxiety disorder that is known to be associated with excessive, uncontrollable worry about everyday things. It can severely impact one’s daily life and can be daunting. This video outlines the key features of and ways to cope with it.
